What To Do If “Xp Not Responding”
Suppose a person is using a newly configured
windows XP system or have brought a new computer at
home. The system is giving its best performance and
he is happy with it. However within a few months the
user starts to experience certain problems which he
never dealt with. Whenever he is trying to run several
application programs at a time all together, he finds
the windows are hanging up and after a few minutes he
gets a message XP not responding. In
certain cases the windows gets clogged without any reason
and totally freeze as if they never used to move. This
is a very common scenario.
The user can find it really annoying if the instance
hinders the system number of times all of a sudden.
In some specific cases the internet explorer stops responding
and it doesn’t take any sort of inputs or commands.
Even if the XP not responding, user
tries to restore the whole system from the system recovery
console or repairs the system from the recovery disc,
after the successful completion of the configuration
the same problem starts to bug the user frequently.
The problem may be with the application program (there
may be corruption with certain application programs)
or it may be due to certain virus or malware programs
which is hindering the total process and user gets the
message XP not responding.
In some cases the user gets plethora of problem to shut
down the system. If we shut down the system forcefully
that can bring several sort of other problems like sudden
corruption of some application program, it can lead
to the crashing of the hard drive, system memory loss
and even the total system failure. To fix out the problem
while XP not responding, we must deal
with the system registry problems and we should not
shut the system suddenly as the registry controls the
majority of the processes.
