Encounter
Keyboard Locked Errors With Confidence
There are a number of times where users
encounter the keyboard locked problem
on their computer systems. Very often the users may
have activated some component in the computer like the
on screen keyboard option that is available on the computer
system. When these are activated on your computer you
will find that the keyboard locked
error surfaces as they disable your keyboard.
In order to ascertain the cause of the keyboard
locked error you should shut down your PC .
In order to do this without the keyboard or the mouse
you should press the POWER button down for a few seconds
for the device to shut down. Once this is done you should
also switch off the power supply that is given to the
computer. After doing this you should unplug both the
mouse and the keyboard from the back portion of the
computer. If the wires confuse you, you should follow
the line of wires that will help you trace it to the
socket. Once you have done this you should take both
the mouse and the keyboard’s wires and plug them into
the sockets that are at the back of the computer. You
will be able to recognize the socket for each as they
will contain a picture of a mouse and a keyboard. After
you have inserted the devices in their connectors you
can turn on the power supply and check on whether the
keyboard locked error has been solved.
If you still have keyboard locked issues
you should go into the Control Panel and select the
keyboard option where you will be able to resolve the
issue from hardware settings.
Sometimes you may have registry errors that cause the
keyboard locked problems. When this
happens you should check your registry and scan your
computer with a good registry cleaning tool that will
eradicate not only keyboard errors but also other associated
errors in your computer.
