Generally, we see error message
when something wrong has occurred in the computer.
These errors come up as a dialog box. This happens when
the system wants to indicate to the user or if any given
task has been failed. Although it is part of daily computing
but it could be fatal if it is not properly diagnosed.
Some of the most common error messages are: Access is
denied- It happens if any unauthorized access is taking
place, The device is not ready- this error message
comes up when we use any removable device, File not
found- If a particular file is damaged, moved or deleted,
Low Disk Space- It happens due to less space on the
hard drive, Out of memory- computer will show this error
message if the memory is low or there are lot
of tasks are going on at the same time, [program name]
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience- this caused by operating
system in order to minimize the future threat. If we
this error message, all we need to
do is, restart the computer.
The format of each error message is
based on operating system and programs. Each error
message depicts the issue itself. Now it is
depending on the user to interpret it accurately with
the help pf manuals or any other resource. Usually,
on Windows operating system, a dialog box of error
message pops up. However, on MAC operated computers
pops up with a sheet on the respective program window.
Sometime, notifications icons also appear on system
tray. It is also an error.
The error message window actually shows the criticality
of a particular error. It could be considered as an
interface between the user and the system to take computing
to the next level.
